We had a great meal - pleasant attentive service, hearty portions, and good presentation, flavors, textures. I was impressed with the chef coming out and confirming that my dining partner was OK with certain ingredients in the dish. (no egg - the noodles had eggs, so the chef replaced the noodles with more veggies - very thoughtful!).

Me and my husband went here for dinner, the negative reviews made me a little hesitant- but as they were old compared to the positive, I gave it a shot. I want to address a review that claimed they have β€œsticky tables.” The tables are sticky because as they wipe them down, the varnish begins to separate causing a sticky feeling, it’s not a matter of them being dirty. The restaurant was very clean and welcoming. The food quality was great, the cut of steak was perfect, vegetable quality too! However I did not like the flavor of the gyoza, shrimp tempura was 50/50, however the other roll I had gotten was delicious. Also, the vegetables were super seasoned bordering too salty, and the steak and chicken were virtually untouched by seasoning. Lastly, I saw another negative review talking about how they’re rude to staff. The men working were very friendly and I did witness the chef yelling at them, I personally feel that constructive criticism should occur behind doors where guests can’t see. I felt bad for the guy because he was very friendly and attentive. Otherwise, I give this place a 7.5/10, meat quality was delicious but I wish it was more seasoned.

Very nice people and service. Great atmosphere and the sushi was fresh and everything was good. We enjoyed the gyoza, shrimp tempura roll, hamachi roll w/ scallions, and the nigiri we tried! The chef came to the table to explain the ingredients and that was a nice touch. Then brought complimentary soup and saladπŸ’œπŸ₯’🍚 Please try if you want a nice vibe and great service and food! P.s. music was a nice lo-fi making the experience peaceful

This was our first time tying this place and we came all because our son (Jack) wanted to come here for his 8th birthday. We didn’t know what we were doing and the server went out of his way to explain everything to us with no rush. Everyone was amazing!! They went out of their way to make his Birthday special and so great that my son now wants this to be his yearly birthday dinner spot and I agree! They came out to sing happy birthday with a plate of fresh fruit and a candle. They didn’t have to do that and we didn’t ask but they wanted his experience to be something he would remember and we will all remember this day forever. The food was amazing! My oldest has a shellfish allergy and they did an amazing job keeping his food away from ours. Everything was fresh and tasty πŸ˜‹. My steak was cooked to perfection. The cook was so fun and great with the birthday boy/ family making us all smile and laugh. 10/10 will recommend and we will for sure be going there again!!

Great hibachi/Teppanyaki meal. Nice size soup and salad. Prices makes it a good value that tastes amazing. They do all the table presentations, like egg in hat. Beating rice heart, and volcano. Bring an appetite. Not a long wait for the chef. The tables are smaller so you are close to the action. With fewer people you don’t know.
